DELIVERY AND RETURN INFORMATION

DELIVERY

We ship via Australia Post click & send service. As soon as your item is posted your will receive an email with tracking and estimated delivery times.

Our homewares are shipped via regualar mail- this does NOT include tracking, if you would like to upgrade to include this please email us on littlescoutco@live.com.au

In most cases we aim to have your order shipped within 3 working days - if for some reason it is taking longer than expected you will hear from us with a dispatch update.

Need it sent out in a HURRY - please email us with your order no, and we will do our best to ship out asap. Please select Express Post upon checkout. Please note: this service is only available within Australia.

We ship worldwide via regular post- this does NOT include tracking - if you would like to track your international parcel please contact us to upgrade.

Little Scout Co takes no responsibility for lost mail.

RETURNS

We only accept returns if the item/s are faulty.

We will accept exchanges, but at the buyers cost for the return shipping.
